To our customers, partners, and employees the legal structure of the "UG (haftungsbeschränkt)" offers better security and fosters organic growth until there is enough capital to form a GmbH (PLC/LLC).
We assumed this legal structure in 2010 to be a reliable partner and an attractive employer.
